Following months of record inflation, recession concerns are back, and for some, that comes with worry about higher loan rates, interest rate re-sets on variable loan products, and whether you can refinance and at what cost. If we are in fact in a recession, or heading towards one, there’s nothing that is a sure bet!

However, there’s still hope out there and money is available to borrow at, although somewhat higher rates than last year.  So, whether you’re looking for a permanent multifamily loan to purchase or refinance rental units or are simply curious about what loan products are available and how much they will cost, this is the webinar for YOU.  We will be discussing ‘everything multifamily loans” with our mortgage expert and Apartment Age columnist, Laura Hertz, from CSMC Mortgage.  Laura can help you secure your next purchase or refinance loan.  Join us as we discuss the current loan market, rates, loan products, payment terms, and more.  During this important webinar, we will cover:

  • Where are we today with interest rates, and predictions for future trends? When will the “Fed” make its next move or moves and how far will the Fed go?
  • What are the types of multifamily loans available in today’s market?
  • Should you buy down your rate and pay the points? How to decide!
  • What can you expect today in terms of rates, repayment terms, and qualifications? Can you cash-out? What about loan-to-value?
  • Are government-backed loan programs available? Short-term loans?  Equity lines?
  • How lenders assess you and your property before approving a loan.
  • And, of course, much, much more! Q&A to Follow…

After registering, participants can submit questions prior to the meeting so that we can tailor the discussion to your concerns.  Additionally, there will be opportunities during the meeting to submit your questions live.
