If you own or manage rental housing and want access to these benefits, consider joining as a Rental Property Owner/Property Management Company Member.

AAGLA’s Business Council Legal Section is open to practicing attorneys who want to promote their practice. It includes access to AAGLA’s Online Rental Forms Library and Operations Advice. Proof of law practice is required, such as a California Bar license number, firm website, or comparable documentation. Attorneys whose primary business is professional property management are not eligible for the Legal Section and should join as a Rental Property Owner/Property Management Company Member instead.

*AAGLA Business Council Legal Section annual membership dues are $1,225.00 plus $180.00 for optional Upgraded Listing in AAGLA’s Online Supplier Directory. Proof of law practice is required (e.g., California Bar License Number, website, and/or other documentation). Attorneys engaged primarily in the business of professional property management services may not join the Business Council Legal Section. Membership dues include memberships in the California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Membership dues to AAGLA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The portion of your dues that represent non-deductible lobbying cost is 15%.
*AAGLA Business Council annual membership dues are $385.00 plus $180.00 for optional Upgraded Listing in AAGLA’s Online Supplier Directory. Membership dues include memberships in the California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).
