David Tashroudian is the President at Retrofit1 and ADU1 based in Tarzana, California.  He is both a general contractor and plumbing contractor.  He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2005. He received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he served on the Board of the Hastings Entertainment Law Review.

Helen Fower, Director, ADU1 and Retrofit1

Helen Fower is a Director at ADU1 and Retrofit1, and oversees business development, marketing, sales, and manages the company’s Northern California division.

Matthew Farghum is currently the Director of Finance and Operations for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA).  As Certified Public Accountant, he began his career at Ernst & Young, the global accounting firm, and following that he had served in a senior financial role at Oasis West Realty, the owner of the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills where he was involved with managing the budget and construction of the Waldorf.  In his role at the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, he oversees and is in charge of all finance, tax, technology and administrative matters.
