Understanding the steps in the eviction or unlawful detainer process can help you avoid stress, save valuable time and legal fees, and help you to recover your rental unit.

During this webinar, we will discuss, among other things, the following:

  • When and how to legally serve the tenant with appropriate notice.
  • When the notice served expires, and what to do next.
  • When to consult with legal counsel to ensure legal documents are filed with the court, and when / how to serve your tenant.
  • What to expect if and when you go to court and how to prepare.
  • When and why to accept or not accept rent when a tenant violates the lease.
