Your estate planning will be made easy with expert, Joe Engle, Attorney at Law

It is never too early to begin the process of estate planning. These documents are especially important at significant life events such as marriage, having kids, buying a house and at retirement. You need to make sure your assets, your children and your family are taken care of should something happen to you. Having an estate plan will ensure that everything will be organized and in order with all of your wishes clearly laid out.

If you have assets and do not have a plan, your estate may end up being settled in the California Probate Court. Probate court is expensive and settling your estate can take years, instead of months to settle. If you do not estate plan, the assets you have worked so hard to accumulate during your lifetime, may end up in the hands of people you would not want to be the beneficiaries of your hard work. If you do no planning, your estate and beneficiaries may pay taxes when they could have been avoided or reduced by proper planning. If you do no estate planning, beneficiaries who do not have the ability to manage your assets during your life or after you pass, may squander the assets you worked so hard during your life to accumulate.

Our legal expert, Joe Engle, will explain how an estate plan and trust funds will work to protect your assets and minimize tax burdens for your beneficiaries, and why estate planning is important now, no matter where you are in life. During the webinar, we will also cover the following:

  • The dangers and costs associated with estates that end up in probate court.
  • The documents drafted in most estate plans, including Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will(s), Advanced Health Care Directive(s) and Power of Attorney(s).
  • The risks associated with lack of planning – absent an estate plan, the assets you have worked so hard to accumulate during your lifetime may end up in the hands of people you would not want to be the beneficiaries of your hard work.
  • How to avoid taxes using the appropriate estate plan and trusts.
  • Trust administration while living, while incapacitated or after the person who created the trust has passed away.
  • Estate administration after death.
  • And wait…there’s so much more. YOUR questions will help lead the discussion.

This will be a live, interactive, online learning session.  Live Q&A will take place throughout the online seminar.  Please join us for what will surely be an extremely informative and timely presentation.
