Please join us at our Annual Installation Ceremony and Cocktail Party as we join with many of our local and state elected officials, members, vendors, and leaders in the multifamily housing industry to celebrate the installation of our President of the Board of Directors, Ms. Cheryl Turner, and of each of the members of the Board of Directors.

Attendance is free for all invited elected officials and their guests, however, members and vendors are asked to make a contribution to the AAGLA PAC in the suggested amount of $100.00 per person. Guests must RSVP to attend.  If you wish to include others in your party, those may be permitted on a case by case basis by making your request to .

NO COST: FREE to invited elected officials and their guests. Contributions to the "AAGLA PAC" in the amount of $100.00 per person are suggested (suggested contribution not applicable to elected officials nor their staff members). All guests must RSVP by January 11, 2023 to attend.

President, Board of Directors:  Cheryl Turner, Esq.

Board President, Cheryl Turner, is a trial lawyer and transactional attorney with an extensive background in business, insurance, real estate, and construction. She has managed her own legal practice, Turner Law, for more than twenty years. She is a former Real Estate Broker and currently holds a Public Works Construction Management Certificate.  She was selected as one of the Outstanding Young Women of America. Ms. Turner earned her Bachelor of .Arts degree and Juris Doctor Law degree from the University of Southern California.

Daniel Yukelson, Executive Director, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles

Daniel Yukelson is currently the Executive Director of The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA).  As Certified Public Accountant, Yukelson began his career at Ernst & Young, the global accounting firm, and since then had served in senior financial roles principally as Chief Financial Officer for various public, private and start-up companies.  Prior to joining AAGLA, Yukelson served for 12 years as Chief Financial Officer for Premiere Radio Networks, now a subsidiary of I-Heart Media, and then 3 years as Chief Financial Officer for Oasis West Realty, the owner of the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills where he was involved with the development and construction of the Waldorf.  Yukelson also served for 6 years as a Planning Commissioner and for 3 years as a Public Works Commissioner for the City of Beverly Hills.
