Got Vacancies?  Major Incentives NOW Being Offered!

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) Now Offering Many New Landlord Incentives

There are new Housing Incentive Program (HIP) available to City of Los Angeles rental housing providers!  These new incentives that are now being offered through the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACL) range from $1,300 to $2,100, and sometimes more, depending on the size of unit.

About HACLA. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) was established in 1938 by City of Los Angeles Resolution No. 1241. HACLA has grown to become one of the nation’s largest and leading public housing authorities, providing the largest supply of quality affordable housing to residents of the City of Los Angeles.  HACLA's annual budget is more than $1 billion. Its funds come from five main sources: HUD's annual operating subsidy, HUD's annual Capital Fund, Section 8 administrative fees, rent from public housing residents plus other programs and capital grants from various sources. HACLA continues to explore alternative funding sources and has built numerous key partnerships with City and State agencies, nonprofit foundations, community-based organizations and private developers.

YOU may be eligible for the Housing Incentive Program.  Don’t miss this important webinar and YOUR opportunity to learn about the new HIP program and how you can be the beneficiary of the financial incentives being offered by HACLA.

PLEASE, join us for what will most certainly be an informative webinar.  Join us for a live discussion to learn how YOU can benefit by the substantial landlord incentives being offered today through LACDA.  During the webinar, we will also cover the following:

  • What are the new HIP incentives and how can you get your “hands” on them?
  • How quickly will you be paid? How are rent increases handled?
  • How much rent will HACLA pay for a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment?
  • What is the quality of tenants provided by HACLA? What if there are problems?
  • What about the inspection process?
  • Success stories of families helped through the City’s housing voucher program.
  • And, much, much more. YOUR questions will help lead the discussion.

The discussion will be moderated by Daniel Yukelson, AAGLA’s Executive Director.

This informative webinar will also include an opportunity to get answers to the questions submitted by YOU! After registering, you will have the opportunity to submit questions. Live Q&A will also take place during the webinar, and we will do our best to consolidate and identify those questions that are of most importance and benefit to all attendees. Afterwards, we will try to make available any unanswered questions you may have.
