JOIN US to for a presentation with professional property management expert, Brian LeBow, the Chief Executive Officer of Bell Properties in Los Angeles. Brian’s topics will be “Finding the Best Tenants – Tenant Screening” and “Pets and Service Animals – Understanding Your Rights.”
Meeting Synopsis:
Two Important Topics: (1) Don’t make a fair housing mistake – There has been much discussion recently about pets, service animals, and companion animals, especially when you are involved in property management and real estate. When renting out your vacant units in Los Angeles County, and you’ll need to be prepared to address tenants who have animals. (2) Learn how to find the best tenant possible. When you’re renting out your property in Los Angeles County, one of the most important things you will do is choose a tenant. Don’t make costly mistakes - To find the best possible tenant for your rental property, you need to focus on marketing and tenant screening.
About Our Guest:
Brian LeBow is a California native who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and then moved to Southern California in 2010. Prior to a career in real estate and rental property management, Brian worked for the California Society of CPAs in its CalCPA Education Foundation. He had also worked as an office manager for Coldwell Banker Dynasty in Temple City and Arcadia for five years while at the same time starting his current company, Bell Properties. When not overseeing his company, Brian spends time with his two dogs, Molly and Pax, and loves swimming and hiking.
