Property Management Training Program (English)

The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.
The PMTP will cover the following topics:
- Property Code Compliance
- Rent Stabilization Ordinance
- Lead Hazard Remediation
- How to avoid Illegal Nuisances
- Fair Housing
- Landlord/Tenant Law
This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by The Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.
