Faced with stringent regulations and high capital gains tax rates, a growing number of California property owners are seeing the allure of the 1031 exchange. Beyond the obvious appeal of tax postponement, this method offers property owners a pathway into passive real estate assets and brings many other incentives to the table. By using a 1031 exchange to invest your sale proceeds into a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), you can do much more than simply defer your taxes. You can buy into higher-value properties, diversify your portfolio by choosing a DST with multiple properties in it, enjoy all the tax benefits of real estate ownership without the hassle of property management, and much more. For a limited time, Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital is offering you the opportunity to learn about the benefits of DST investing.
