Harold Greenberg is an attorney practicing real estate law in the Los Angeles area.  He received his Bachelors’ Degree graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Pennsylvania State University in 1961.  He was a Commissioned Infantryman and part of the Military Police as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. After the Army, Mr. Greenberg attended law school at the Temple University Law School and received his J.D. degree.  During his expansive legal career, he served as a Judge Advocate in the General’s Corps., as a Deputy Public Defender and District Attorney for Los Angeles County, and has taught Criminal Law and Evidence at the California State University in Los Angeles and the Glendale University College of Law.  He was also a guest lecturer at the University Southern California Department of Continuing Education, and the Constitutional Rights Foundation.  He also serves as an Assistant Judge Advocate General, in the Military Order of the World Wars, and as a Vice Commander for Jewish War Veterans.

Mr. Greenberg is admitted to the state bars in California and Pennsylvania, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Western District Texas, and Tennessee, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court Military Appeals.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and both the National and California Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and was the Chairperson of the State Bar Committee on Landlord/Tenant Rights for 7 years.

Mr. Greenberg has also been a past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and has served as the Association’s Chairperson of the Local Government Relations Committee.
