SAN ANTONIO – An investigation is underway after four were shot Tuesday evening at the Robin’s Nest Apartments along Hot Wells Boulevard.

According to police, two of the victims are dead, while the other two are recovering in a nearby hospital. At last check, SAPD had only a vague description of the shooter.

“We heard at least nine shots,” said Alex Rodriguez, who lives nearby. “Then, we heard a loud shotgun go kaboom.”

Rodriguez lives near Hot Well Boulevard, he says he ran to the apartment last night to check on a friend after hearing gunshots.

“On the southeast side, in the hood, this is pretty much an everyday thing,” said Rodriguez. “Everybody out here is looking over their shoulders.”
