Effective April 22, 2010, the rule requires renovation and painting contractors and other trades who work in pre-1978 housing and who might disturb painted surfaces to become Lead Certified. Join us at the AAGLA Main Office from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for our RRP Lead Safe Work Practice Certification Seminar. Please call to reserve your seat.

Korean Apartment Owners Roundtable
The Korean Apartment Owners Roundtable meets at the AAGLA Main Office. This has been one of our outreach projects for the past year. If you know Korean apartment owners who need help and/or have been looking for a Korean speaking group, invite them to this event. The meeting is conducted in Korean, and the speakers are from many diverse organizations including the LAHD, City Attorney's Office, Fair Housing, and many more. It's a great opportunity for Korean speaking apartment owners to come and receive important information about the industry and pick up tips on how to increase occupancy rates!
